Responsibilities & Deliverables
Our company has multiple programs related to finance, accounting, and document management — many of which involve approval processes. Each program currently has a different approval design. This time, we’re focusing on programs that require approving multiple items at once, aiming to make the approval process more convenient and efficient.

01 Approving Multiple Items
This design supports approval, rejection, and other actions in a single operation, allowing up to 100 items to be processed at a time.
It significantly reduces processing time by up to 50%, as evidenced by data from Google Analytics and user satisfaction surveys
02 Adjustation UI
Our design includes both a standard version and a functionally enhanced version, enabling seamless integration with other systems without requiring a new design or development process.

1. In the standard version, users can configure up to three approval options to suit their workflow.
2. Users are able to preview multiple attached files, such as documents and images, directly from the interface.
3. When certain approval options are selected, an input field appears, allowing users to enter additional details through a dropdown, freetext, or both, depending on configuration.
1. In this version, a bulk approval button is provided, suitable for applications where there are many items but minimal need for data review.
2. Users can configure up to five approval options to suit their workflow.
3. This version supports image and video files, with immediate display upon access.

SPECIAL VERSION
This version is designed for applications that handle only 1–2 approvals per day (arriving at different times). The workflow has been streamlined to the shortest possible process, with the approval action button appearing immediately for selection.
03 Few click , just hover it
This feature removes the need for multiple clicks to view files. With hover to preview functionality, users can access file content instantly, resulting in significant time savings.
Even with hover previews, users retain the ability to click for full interaction such as PDFs open in full view, while image sets launch a carousel preview. The experience adapts to user needs for convenience and efficiency.
